An order takes up to 5 days to prepare. During this time, we will stay in touch to let you know the status of your order and when it will be ready to be received or shipped.

At the moment we only ship to areas of Southern Cyprus.

Customers can choose between 3 delivery methods: pickup from our premises, pickup via ACS or home delivery.

ACS courier comes between 1-2 days.

It is possible for customers to receive Free Delivery. If you have chosen this method of delivery, orders can be picked up in the evening hours Friday-Saturday-Sunday at our caravan, which is located at Finikoudes beach, in the centre of Larnaca. Customers should contact us for more information about this delivery method.

T&Me Gifts prides itself on the high quality of its printing standards. We carefully look at each item before proceeding to print. We make minor corrections to the images to ensure color balance. But we do not take responsibility for low-quality images provided by the customer. Therefore, if you are unsure if your images are suitable for printing, we strongly recommend that you send us 2-3 images that you would like to print so that we can choose the one that best suits your order. T&Me Gifts reserves the right to accept and cancel orders by providing notice to the customer.

T&Me Gifts is not responsible for damages that may occur during courier transport

T&Me Gifts accepts cash and bank transfers. Shipping costs are calculated separately and are not included in the price of the product. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions!

Under EU regulations, bespoke products are exempt from the 14-day return policy. You can contact us directly by email to request a refund, but we reserve the right to accept or refuse your request. T&Me Gifts ensures that all items shipped are in satisfactory, undamaged condition and is not responsible for damage caused in transit by third party services.
